Vitamin K per recipe, on any page.

nunu reads any recipe you are on and shows the vitamin K a serving, names the greens carrying it, and keeps the week’s total in view — the number to hold steady, not to avoid.

Why it matters

Warfarin works against vitamin K, and the advice that follows is usually “avoid the greens”. The evidence says something else: a steady amount of vitamin K each week keeps the dose predictable, and swinging between none and a large salad is what moves the number the clinic measures. Holding steady needs a figure per recipe, and recipes never print one. nunu estimates it from the ingredients, USDA figure by USDA figure, and adds up the week.

Nothing on a plate treats a condition. But your body is rebuilt from what you feed it, and how you eat over years is yours to decide. nunu makes the nourishing choice the easy one.
