Why it matters

The gut microbiome research settled on one number: people who eat thirty or more different plants a week have a measurably more diverse gut than people who eat ten, and diversity there tracks with almost everything else. Herbs, spices, nuts, seeds, beans and grains all count, which is what makes thirty reachable — a curry with cumin, coriander, ginger, onion, garlic, chilli and tomato is already seven. nunu counts, so you can see it.

Nothing on a plate treats a condition. But your body is rebuilt from what you feed it, and how you eat over years is yours to decide. nunu makes the nourishing choice the easy one.
